Recycled Teak - An Eco-Friendly Source
On the island of Java during colonial times, teak wood was a commonly used durable building material. These old sheds and buildings have been mostly replaced with modern brick and mortar yet the remains of the old teak structures can still be found scattered across the island. Re-using the tough teak timbers is MamaGreen's eco-friendly alternative to felling rainforest trees and so helps to protect one of the world's most fragile environments.
